Crust #1 - failure
Namaste flour blend
Coconut flour (because I ran out of Namaste flour)
Problems: crumbly not able to roll it out, coconut oil was too solid, didn't respond to room temperature very quickly.
I made a Strawberry Rhubarb pie. It was made with rhubarb from my mom's garden, frozen strawberries, coconut palm sugar, earth balance butter spread, vanilla, lemon peel, lemon juice, corn starch.
Thankfully I still have 39 pies to go...
